Redefining Love is BACK! I missed you!

Twenty months ago, I put a hold on Redefining Love to focus on a local mental health project. It was rewarding work, and I learned so much! About myself, about my community, about entrepreneurship, about the state of the world, and about what it takes to make change on a large scale.

I loved the work. But I missed YOU!

I missed the community we built together. I missed hearing your stories and supporting you through your healing journey. I missed your friendship, your wisdom, your courage, and your heart. I missed it all so much that I had to come back, full time. And full steam ahead!

Many of the things you loved about Redefining Love are still here. The blog, the heart for cultural change through trauma healing. But some are different. In order for it to be sustainable for me to show up as my best, I’m going to do a weekly email MOMENT rather than a daily (at least for now while I get back in the swing of things).

Perhaps the biggest change is that I’ll be doing weekly in-person workshops here in my own community. I know that doesn’t do much for my far-away friends – unless of course you’d like to join us in Billings, Montana! We’d roll out the red carpet for you!

I’ll be bringing some programs back online in the coming months, but for now, I’m committed to bringing Redefining Love to a live, in-person audience.

Why in-person?

Because over the past 20 months, I realized that what I really love about this work is the connection with human beings. Mental health education is my passion, and there’s nothing quite like sitting in a small group with a other growth-minded people sharing stories, laughs, and tears.

So why should my far-away friends stay involved in Redefining Love? Because the long-term goal is still and always will be to take this show on the road. And of course, you’ll still get your weekly emails, blogs, and inspiration related to the Three Pillars of Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace.

I couldn’t be more excited to be back here with you, doing this thing that I love so much – guiding others on their journey through Redefining Love.

If it’s been a while since you thought about the Framework, now is a great time to head over to the website at redefine-love.com, and refresh on what it means to redefine love to allow space for your own mental health within your complex relationships (because let’s face it, they are all complex!).

In-person workshops are offered WEEKLY in Billings, Montana. Choose a date and time that’s convenient for you! Each month features a different topic. This month’s topic is Tipping Point: Balancing Boundaries, Accountability, and Grace. This 1-hour interactive session provides foundational knowledge of the Framework. If you’ve ever wondered “What is it that Sara actually does?” this workshop is for you.

Workshops are $49, but don’t let that discourage you. Cost should not be a barrier to mental health education. If you would like to attend but are unable to pay, apply for a scholarship HERE.

I can’t wait to share all the fresh insights and ideas I’ve created during my absence. Let’s GO!!!!!

Love,
