Redefining Love Workshops provide trauma-informed mental health education that makes emotional wellness accessible and practical for everyone. Each session blends reflection, discussion, and hands-on tools to strengthen boundaries, accountability, and grace toward ourselves and others.

We’re proud to partner with Pay Love Forward, a fiscally sponsored project of the Billings Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Through this partnership, your tax-deductible donation directly supports mental health education in the Billings area.

The Redefining Love mission is to heal our culture when we heal our trauma, one individual at a time. Every time someone learns about mental health, our community becomes a little safer.

Whether you sponsor one attendee or dozens, your gift matters. Participants pay forward what they learn into their families, workplaces, schools, and everyday life.

Common Giving Levels

• $50 sponsors one participant
• $800 funds one 15-person workshop
• $3,000 supports four workshops (up to 60 people)
• Donor’s choice towards printing, materials, workshop snacks, or venue costs

How It Works:
1. Tax-deductible donations are received through Billings Community Foundation.
2. Workshop seats are opened at no cost to participants.
3. Your gift turns into real-world mental health skills for neighbors, coworkers, and friends.

What Your Sponsorship Provides

• A full-color workbook and take-home resources
• A folder with Redefining Love materials and local/national supports
• A 60–90 minute interactive mental health workshop led by a trauma-informed facilitator
• Light refreshments (and, as funding grows, on-site childcare)

Can I sponsor a specific individual?
Yes. When you donate, include the participant’s name in the note field. If you leave it blank, we’ll apply your gift to open community seats.

How much does it cost to sponsor?
$50 supports one participant, materials, and related costs. You can also fund a full workshop for $800, a month of workshops for $3,000, or give any amount toward printing, materials, refreshments, or venue.

If I don’t specify a recipient, who uses my sponsorship?
Thanks to community support, Redefining Love Workshops are open to all, regardless of ability to pay. Your gift removes cost as a barrier for those who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Can I make in-kind donations?
Yes. Venue space, printing, refreshments, and outreach support are welcome. Email sara@sarabethwald.com to coordinate.

Is Redefining Love a 501(c)(3)?
No. Donations are processed by the Billings Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in partnership with Pay Love Forward and designated to support Redefining Love Workshops. You’ll receive a tax-deductible receipt from Billings Community Foundation.
