If you feel invisible, I see you and I love you.
If you are afraid, remember that courage is not the absence of fear, but standing strong against it. You can do it, and I love you.
If you are weary, stay strong. You are doing better than you think. And I love you.
If you are lonely, here’s a hug and I love you.
If you are sad, here’s a tissue and a warm cup of tea. I love you.
If you are angry, sit in the quiet and be present with your fury. It will pass, and I love you.
If you are hurting, remember that nothing lasts forever, including pain. Let me love you through it.
If you are happy, savor it and share your joy. I love you.
If you are worried, its okay to let go. Things have a way of working themselves out. And I love you.
If you are grieving, I lovingly grieve with you.
If you are lost, here’s a map back to yourself. I love you.
If you are broken, I give you so much grace and love.
If you are winning at life, I love it. Bring someone along with you.
If you are stumbling, I offer you my hand. I love you.
If you feel ugly, I promise you that are you infinitely beautiful. I love you.
If you feel beautiful, I love your confidence. Share it graciously.
I love all of you, no matter what. No matter how mean. No matter how shattered. No matter how different you and I are. I love you because you were born. You exist. You are here, and so am I, which means that we are in this together.
I love all of you, regardless of who you vote for, where you go to church, or whether you go to church at all. I love your skin, because it is wrapped around your soul, and your soul is what really matters.
I love all of you, because you and I are the same. I love all of you because I’ve felt invisible, afraid, weary, lonely, sad, angry, hurt, happy, worried, grieving, lost, broken, winning, stumbling, ugly, and beautiful.
All of me loves all of you, today and every day.
This is how it has to be. Love is the only way.
